Here are a few of the many questions we get asked many times, and their respectfully repeated answers:
Q: Do you BUY or TRADE items?
A: Curretnly we are looking for vintage computer equipment and software, (1988-1998 PCs, 286/386/486, Atari) retro video games and consoles released before 2002 (Playstation 2, Nintendo Game Cube, Dreamcast and earlier), and 8mm, 16mm or 35mm motion picture film and projectors.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Yes. Gift cards may be purchased in our store for any amount, they have no expiration date, and can be used at any of our one (1) convenient location(s)!
Q: Can you special order an item for me?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot process special orders at this time. If an item is not available anywhere and the prices on eBay are very high, that usually indicates the item is no loger available and has become collectible.
Q: Do you repair equipment?
A: We do not do repairs, however we can do diagnostics, troubleshooting, calibration, and minor adjustments for a small fee. We can also recommend local repair shops. Please call during our business hours for specific information.
Q: Do you sell online?
A: Our main focus is on our physical location, and welcoming guests to our beautifully curated establishment to experience the aesthetic in person. Online sales are not our primary goal at this time.
Q: I am a local musician. Can I sell my CDs and Vinyl in your store?
A: We love to support local musicians. Please call our store or come in person to speak with us.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the fragile and collectible nature of our items, all sales are final. New items that are unopened and in new condition may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Defective items must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for the same title and edition only (or store credit if not available). Apparel may be exchanged for another size (or store credit if not available) within 14 days of purchase. Holiday Return Policy may differ.
